Founder & chief executive officer
Marc Porzecanski
Marc is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Disaster Response Fund. He is a seasoned finance and corporate executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategy, investment, and organizational growth. Marc currently serves as the CFO of Zoom Casa and previously held senior roles across the industry, including Founding Partner at CoVenture Management, Principal at Ares, Vice President at Angelo Gordon, and Vice President at Credit Suisse. He holds dual B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.

Nicole Ramirez
Nicole Ramirez is the Chief Operating Officer of the Disaster Response Fund, bringing deep experience in nonprofit leadership, development, and operations. She has over eight years of experience strengthening organizational systems, fundraising initiatives, and program strategy. Nicole serves on the Board of a national nonprofit and previously led international community development efforts with UNESCO and the U.S. Department of State. Nicole holds an M.S. in Business Management and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).
